Have you ever been so sleepy and tired only to be woken up in the middle of the night with the strange feeling that someone is thinking or dreaming of you? Have you ever had felt the presence of another person near you or beside you? Well if you have then you are not alone. Many people believe that when they cannot sleep, someone is thinking or dreaming of them. A Japanese legend tells us that if this unsleepful event happens, we are actively moving about in someone’s dreams.
The inability to sleep when you often feel really wiped out and tired can be frustrating. Most people would also want to know why he or she is wandering about in someone’s psyche. Can it also be that your soul moves out of your body and astrally projects to another person’s mind? Well I have often thought about it and recently I have come to find out that yes, it is true that when you can’t sleep at times, it maybe because that someone is thinking or dreaming of you (but sometimes you can blame it on too much coffee).
Why Can’t I Sleep?
There are many factors why a person cannot sleep at night. He or she maybe suffering from some medical condition that leads to inability to sleep. On the other hand, too much coffee, over exposure to blue light, extreme stress and exhaustion can lead to tossing and turning at night. Some people think too much at night and hence their anxiety prevents them from sleeping.
On the other hand, many psychics believe that if you are unable to sleep chances are someone is dreaming of you. When a person dreams, he or she digs deep into his or her subconscious. When this happens a strong force within his soul or even his third eye chakra sends out a message to the universe. This allows him to “send signals out”. Sometimes, when he or she dreams about a person, say you, he telepathically connects to you. It is basically like a cellphone call, it is a wireless connection but even if you are in a far distant land, he or she can connect to you. The mind and the psyche is very powerful and it can will things to happen and even subconsciously communicate with others.
Astral Projection When Sleeping
Many people have special gifts that they are not even aware about. They do not know that they can actually travel into space and time just by astrally projecting their souls. Unlike people who learn and practice astral projection, these people may not be aware of their gifts and leave their talents unattended. They often later on discover about it or just disregard it as just simple insomnia and remain sleepless for long periods of time.
When you astrally project your soul in your sleep, you detach you soul and it now visits people and places. Sometimes you can be beside someone and actively communicating with that person’s soul as you sleep, however you are not even aware of it. Discovering, harnessing or even at times, switching off this gift can help you take control of it. By willing your soul to stay put at night, you can have a more peaceful sleep. Astrally projecting your soul at night can even be dangerous so learning how to control this talent is at utmost importance. You may employ breathing techniques and meditation to prevent your soul from leaving your body.
How Do I Get More Sleep?
I know how it feels to be sleepless at night. I know the feeling of being so sleepy and tired but the frustration of being unable to get some Zzzz’s. I have often had some struggles with sleeping myself. On several occasions it was because of too much coffee that I have had but on others it was because I really felt that someone was thinking and dreaming of me. There are also times that I have very strong lucid dreams that make feel tired as I sleep.
Meditate and Exercise
I know that this maybe already be a cliché but meditation is the key to almost all psychological and sleep problems. Calming your soul and allowing all the thoughts and worries to be removed from your mind while you are awake helps you sleep better. By meditation, you can address your issues with your heart and soul. This also allows you to be at peace with yourself which then, allows you to shield your sleep time from others intruding it. On the other hand, a good exercise is a great way to remove stress from the body. It also helps body circulation which thus help you sleep better.
Make peace with others
I know that it maybe difficult to make peace with others. There are times that we are unable to personally communicate with them because of time and space. Some of them may already be gone from this plane or they maybe just too far away from us. We can cosmically make peace with them. Envision them in your mind. Ask their forgiveness or tell them that you love them. The peace you offer them is not just for them but also for you. By asking for forgiveness, you remove the negative bonds that is tied to you.
Close your Third Eye before you sleep
When your Third Eye is open, it can start showing you projections of the past and future. This can be really disturbing to some. Do a meditation focusing on your third eye, Think of it open and use it to see. Now try to slowly close it and see nothing but peace. Repeat this exercise before you sleep every night for a more peaceful sleep. You may decide to keep it open for more vivid dreams but if you are a light sleeper then it may help you to turn it off once in a while.
Keep your spirit in you at night
You must find out if you are astrally projecting or if you have just an over active subconscious mind. If you know that you are actually time traveling astrally, then you can start to focus on keeping your spirit within you at night if you wish to sleep more fully. First is you need to imagine that there is a cord between your soul and your body. Imagine that this cord is really, really long. Now imagine you pulling in the cord and tucking it into your heart. Now take a deep breath and see you soul rest within you body. Allow your mind to relax. Repeat this exercise every night to get better sleep.
