I’ve also had experiences with spirit moving objects. A magnifying glass went flying across the living room of one of the houses we lived in while I was quietly listening to music. One of our ceiling fan’s switches (the long pull kind) made a sound once as if someone had pulled them hard and then they starting spinning. Usually stuff like that only happens if I’m alone I’ve noticed. My mom is definitely intuitive and when I’m with her it’s like we’re stronger together.

Wow I’ve never heard that before but it makes sense, particularly as aftershave or perfume are such strong reminders to us of the people who wear them. I can almost smell aftershave now!

I’m Clairalience and an Emotional Empath. I receive auras of fragrances, tobacco and past places of residence. Some communication has been with spirits of deceased family members & relatives. Also, communicating with spirits that chose me to convey to people I recently met, and people I will meet soon. People I meet I sense their feelings and needs.

I’ve also had experiences with spirits moving objects to get my attention; reorganizing the contents in my wallet, offsetting my computer on the cooling pad, TV, lights (flickering, too) and ceiling fan turned on.

My ability to convey messages between spirit and person is calming, in most cases, for the person and I feel blessed. I only say what spirits communicate to me. I don’t give my own advice.

Distinguishing a scent and the spirit it represents is a challenge. I welcome and appreciate advice at identifying these.

I ‘m clairaudient, and more recently clairalience. The way I think of it, it’s a deep, personal connection to the spiritual realm. For me, the clear hearing is coming from beings of higher vibration. They seem to tune in when I’m not stressed, but also tune in to my thoughts as vibration. When I’m at a higher state, things are more apt to happen. For instance, automatic doors don’t ” see ” me, and I can’t tell you how many times I’ve had to stop before walking into a door that wouldn’t open! There are 2 distinct tones one higher than the other; and they may come to either my left ear or right; never both at the same time.
And something else in recent years, I have ” visitations ” from energy beings. The ones that respect your physical space, I think may have lived a human life. I had one that didn’t do that, and energetically came into my body, or rather threw me on like a dress on a hanger; maybe just didn’t know any better; but at the same time what I picked up on from it was that it was non-threatening and ” PEACE “. That particular being was very curious, too. Was I afraid? Only a little bit, not knowing that such a thing was even possible. But I think we are all spiritual beings having a human life on Earth, and knowing there are others who aren’t the same as us. They aren’t necessarily bad because they’re different. They could say the very same about us.
One last thing, the smells everybody describes; I also experience that. I don’t understand it as an awareness of anyone I know, although it could be. I look at it as having a greater awareness connected to the mass consciousness of humanity. Our consciousness isn’t limited to the physical body.
